Nexora is a small team. That is a deliberate constraint rather than a stage we are trying to grow out of, and it shapes how we hire: rarely, slowly, and for people who want to own a whole problem rather than a slice of one.

How we hire

Every process starts with a conversation about the work itself, includes a paid exercise drawn from a real problem, and ends with you meeting the people you would work beside. We do not run whiteboard interviews and we do not ask for spec work.
